Contact Management

Add a Contact

Follow these steps to add a contact:

  1. Select the group that you want to add a new contact to.
  2. Click the Add Contact button on the toolbar.
  3. Input the information of the new contact in the Contact Information Area.
  4. Click Save.

Edit a Contact

Follow the steps below to edit a contact

  1. Select a group which the object contact belongs to or select the group “All”.
  2. Select the contact that you want to edit.
  3. Click Edit in the Contact Information Area.
  4. Modify the contact information.
  5. Click Save.

Remove a Contact from a Group

Follow the steps below to remove a contact from a group

  1. Select the group
  2. Select a contact
  3. Click the Remove from Group button on the toolbar
When a contact is removed from a group, the contact will only be deleted from that group. Other groups that also contain the contact will remain unchanged. (the information of the contact will remain).

Delete a Contact

Follow the steps below to delete a contact

  1. Select a group that the contact belongs to or select the group “All”.
  2. Select a contact
  3. Click the Delete Contact button on the toolbar
When a contact is deleted, the contact will be removed from all of the groups which contain the contact. And the information of the contact will be deleted permanently.
