Group Management

Add a Group

Follow the steps below to add a group:

  1. Click the Add Group button on the toolbar, a dialog box will appear.
  2. Input the name of the new group
  3. Click OK.

Edit a Group

Follow the steps below to edit a group:

  1. Select a group from the Group List.
  2. Click the Edit Group button on the toolbar, a dialog box will appear.
  3. Input the new name of the group.
  4. Click OK.

Add Contacts to a Group

To add a new contact to a group, please refer to Add a Contact.

Adding an existing contact to a group can be achieved by dragging and dropping the contact to a group. Select a contact, drag the contact and drop it into a group in the Group List. The contact will automatically be added to the group.

Delete a Group

Follow the steps below to delete a group:

  1. Select a group from the Group List.
  2. Click the Delete Group button on the toolbar, a dialog box will appear.
  3. Click OK.
When a group is deleted, the contacts in the group will not be deleted.
