Group Management
Add a Group
Follow the steps below to add a group:
- Click the Add Group button on the toolbar, a dialog box will appear.
- Input the name of the new group
- Click OK.
Edit a Group
Follow the steps below to edit a group:
- Select a group from the Group List.
- Click the Edit Group button on the toolbar, a dialog box will appear.
- Input the new name of the group.
- Click OK.
Add Contacts to a Group
To add a new contact to a group, please refer to Add a Contact.
Adding an existing contact to a group can be achieved by dragging and dropping the contact to a group. Select a contact, drag the contact and drop it into a group in the Group List. The contact will automatically be added to the group.
Delete a Group
Follow the steps below to delete a group:
- Select a group from the Group List.
- Click the Delete Group button on the toolbar, a dialog box will appear.
- Click OK.
When a group is deleted, the contacts in the group will not be deleted.
